Usana has 3 main categories of products – nutritionals consisting of vitamins and minerals, diet and energy which are energy drinks and meal replacements, and personal care like hair products and skin care items. Within their nutritional range they have two categories of vitamins and minerals – Essentials and Optimizers.

Essentials are made up of anti oxidants and vitamins that the adult human body needs to be kept in good condition. It also includes Chelated Mineral which consists of all the minerals that adults need to maintain good health and well being.
