Everyone in this industry who is someone has got this down to a tee. And why is this? Well it’s simple. The whole idea behind the MLM business model, is to recruit and train people under you, so that they can duplicate your success. And since you get a cut of whatever they do, the more successful they are, the more successful you are.

But here’s the problem. We can only be in one place at one time. There is only one of you. And there are only so many hours in a day. Having to train and answer the questions of your entire team will take you forever! So what you need in place, is a system that your team can plug into so that they can get the training that they need in an instant.

There are a few steps that make duplication work.

The first, is that you need an ad that is simple to follow and really shows the benefits of the system. This has to be clear and your call to action decisive so that your prospects will act now.

The second thing you need is a system that allows people to generate small income very quickly. And we’re talking about making money in the 2^nd or 3^rd week and NOT in 3 months time.  People need to see that their effort is not being wasted and that the system actually works. And how it works is that 95% of the prospects that come through the system will not actually join your primary business.

But that’s ok, because you will make money on things of value like ebooks, a low cost MLM or other essential programs. The trick here is to get your prospects plugged into a system that can make them small money quickly. Later on once the trust is built, you can put your primary opportunity in front of them in a natural way to start building those higher commissions. Every good system should have this option.

The third and final step involves you keeping in contact with your entire team. And with technology today, it’s not difficult to run online meetings with people from all around the world.
