If you’ve been marketing online for a while, you will know exactly what I’m talking about, and I guarantee that you have received many of these types of emails and messages. And will probably have a bit of a giggle while watching the video.
Whatever you do, DO NOT market like this. It shouldn’t even be called marketing. I would categorize this more as spamming.
You don’t want to be labeled as a “spammer” do you?
I didn’t think so.
I know I don’t.
It’s bad for business.
But you know what? If you have been marketing like this, it’s not your fault.
You were probably told to market this way by your upline or mentor. So what do you do when you first get started in this business? You listen and follow exactly what they tell you to do.
The worst part is, your upline may not be the best person to listen to when it comes to marketing online.
Not because they aren’t a nice person. But because they’re probably not an experienced online marketer. And again, it’s NOT their fault. So don’t blame them.
Most people just don’t realize that marketing online is a real art. It is a craft that takes months and years to perfect. So don’t expect to become a top marketer in a matter of days and weeks. It’s simply not possible.
But what you need to do is recognize that there are much more effective ways of marketing and getting your message out into the market place.
There are very effective ways to brand yourself, create trust and build relationships with strangers from all around the world. And of course, grow your business and increase your bottom line at the same time.
But these things need to be learned and executed properly.
Anything less, and you may as well just quit. Because I promise you that if you continue to market this way, you will run out of steam and budget very quickly. And you’ll be out that door just as quickly as you walked in.
