If you want to take the next step and really take your brand and leadership to the next level, then there is ONE thing you absolutely MUST do.
You must hold your own webinars!
And I’m sure most of you already know what that is. But for those of you who don’t, it is basically an online seminar where you can share what you have on your computer screen with people from all over the world.
The webinar’s can be about anything you want.
Motivation. Marketing. Mindset. A product launch. The list goes on and on…
The important thing here is that you START doing them. And don’t be scared about holding one. Remember, we all have to start somewhere.

I would say that the easiest way to start doing webinars, is to do them weekly for your personal team. So if you already have a team in place that you are training, you should be holding weekly webinars to give them support. At least this way you get to connect with them and they can ask you questions about pretty much anything under the sun.
Once you get the hang of that, you should move onto bigger webinars where you can invite people on your list to attend.
This is YOUR chance to shine.
So what would a typical webinar look like?
Breakdown
Intro:
Start by telling people your story. How you got to where you are and show them the results you’ve been getting no matter how small. Be sure to give them your background because this is a chance for other people to connect with you.
Content:
Move straight into the meat of the webinar where you will share some valuable information. And this can be anything. It can be how you generated 20 leads a day on Facebook, or how you changed your blog into a “marketing machine”. It can be on mindset or a straight pitch on the product you are trying to promote (advanced strategy – needs to be done correctly).
As long as the information is valuable and other marketers will be able to use it for their own personal business, this would work as the main content of your webinar.
End:
At the end of the webinar, you can either just end it, or open the floor up for Q&A. I normally have a 5-10 minute Q&A session at the end where attendees can ask whatever questions they want.
If you’re promoting some type of business or product, be sure to explain the deal that you have put together and give people the link to the website you want them to go to.
That’s it!
Now what this does, is it really brands YOU as a leader. It accelerates your leadership and of course, it increases your bottom line since people are able to hear your voice and see that you are in fact a real person.
You may need to work out some kinks when you first start, but believe me, you’ll get better and better. Just like anything else, all it needs is a little practice.
So stop sitting on the sidelines and get to it!
