I know, I know. This has been written about a million times over. And I think it’s pretty clear why most people are attracted to the Network Marketing and MLM industry. But let’s go over them one more time quickly. It’s the money. The freedom of time. The ability to work from pretty much anywhere. The low start up costs. Being your own boss and all that other good stuff.
But is it really all that peachy? Since the failure rate for this industry is something ridiculous like 97%, I guess it’s not! But – having said that, there is an easy way and a hard way to do everything isn’t there? That I will leave for another post. For today, like the title says, I will talk about how this industry can give you, like it gave me, the best of both worlds. The perks of the corporate and the freedom of the non-corporate.
As long as I can remember, all my ex classmates would ever talk about was applying to the best companies. Accenture, KPMG, McKinsey, PWC . You won’t believe how many people I know that work in Accenture! Now don’t get me wrong. These are all great…

If you’re looking to join Avon or are already an Avon distributor, then this Avon Review is going to open your eyes about this industry. We are in one of worst recessions in history, yet there is one industry that is still booming even in these trying times. You guessed it, Network Marketing. And a company like Avon who sells cosmetics, which every women still consumes no matter how bad the economy, is doing very well. This $10 Billion a year company has over 5.8 million distributors worldwide and shows no signs of slowing down. They are a household name and have a massive product range that appeals to women of all types.
A word of caution though. Just because Avon is a leader in the industry and has a great business platform, does not mean that it is easy to become a successful distributor. Like any other MLM company out in the market place, Avon distributors all suffer from one huge problem – a lack of marketing training. And there are just as many broke Avon distributors as there are successful ones.
